8. Yang'anirani Zizindikiro za Thupi Lanu:Samalani ndi zizindikiro za mkati mwa thupi lanu (monga mphamvu, kutopa kapena zowawa) ndikusintha masewera olimbitsa thupi moyenerera kuti mupewe kuchita masewera olimbitsa thupi komanso kuvulaza.

9. Sinthani Bwino Njira Yanu Yazakudya:Fananizani zofuna zanu zolimbitsa thupi ndi kadyedwe kolimbikitsa thanzi kuti mugwire bwino ntchito ndikuyambiranso masewera olimbitsa thupi. Zindikirani, simungathe kuchita masewera olimbitsa thupi molakwika.

12. Khalani Osangalala:Khalani ndi malingaliro abwino, yang'anani kwambiri pazabwino zolimbitsa thupi ndipo musalole zopinga zilizonse kukulepheretsani kuyenda ulendo wautali wopambana ndi zolinga zanu zolimbitsa thupi.
